A space for the Arts
ARTFLYER is a foundation established in 2021 by journalist and curator Alexia Antsakli Vardinoyanni to promote innovative ways to connect important cultural figures with an appreciative audience.
The foundation is an extension of artflyer.net, her online program of interviews and photographs of contemporary artists, designers, photographers, architects, curators, and collectors.
ARTFLYER sponsored exhibitions, events and flyers maintain the insightful and even poetic character of those interviews and celebrate the imagination by revealing and illustrating its many manifestations.
Housed in an airy neoclassical building filled with light and surrounded by gardens, the ARTFLYER setting is a creative space for artists and a place where art and the general public can come together.
Founder's Statement
ARTFLYER grew out of my desire to share the joy of interviewing and photographing a wide range of cultural figures. It was my hope in establishing ARTFLYER that we could continue to work with inspiring individuals in new ways to build a program to excite people and engage them with contemporary art.
